The Fund’s long-term capital gains distributions this year is $1.79/share, compared to $1.10/share paid in 2024.


Short-Term Capital Gains Distributions

The Jensen Quality Mid Cap Fund did not pay a short-term capital gains distribution to shareholders in 2025.


Ordinary Income Dividend Distributions

An ordinary income dividend distribution was paid to shareholders on November 13, 2025. The record, ex-dividend, and payable/reinvestment dates are as follows:
