Shannon received a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Portland State University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on finance from the University of California, Riverside, and maintains the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional designation. She is also a Board Member of Gladstone Junior Baseball.


Joined the firm in 2012. Gabe has worked in compliance since 2005. Most recently, Gabe served as Senior Compliance Officer for Fifth Third Asset Management, Inc. Prior to FTAM, Gabe worked as an Associate Compliance Attorney and then CCO of CinFin Capital Management. Contemporaneous with those positions, Gabe acted as Staff Counsel for the Cincinnati Insurance Company. Gabe began his legal career in private practice as a trial attorney. He received his BA from Indiana University and his JD from The Ohio State University College of Law.


Joined the firm in 2004. Along with his portfolio management responsibilities, Rob also serves as Jensen’s President and as a director of The Jensen Quality Growth Fund. For three years prior to joining Jensen, he was located in British Columbia, Canada where he managed two private companies. Rob has 29 years of experience in the banking and investment businesses, including 10 years with Schroder Investment Management in London. He also served as Chief Investment Officer, Latin America for the Miami, Florida-based Schroder & Co. Trust Bank. Rob received a BA (Joint Honors) from the University of Nottingham.




Joined the firm in 2012. Bob is responsible for the firm's technology infrastructure. This includes ensuring the systems are cost-effective, current, scalable, reliable, available and secure. In addition to those duties, he is also the firm's database administrator. In this role, he oversees the firm's databases ensuring their smooth operation.
Before joining Jensen, Bob worked at Elite Wealth Management where he held the position of Funds Operations Manager. In that role, he was responsible for client account administration, operations and trading. Prior to Elite, he spent 8 years at Columbia Management Group, Inc. fulfilling various roles from institutional trading system administrator to portfolio analyst/administrator duties for the high net worth group. Bob earned his Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University.


Joined the firm in 2018. Rama earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University in India, MBA degree from the Zicklin School of Business (CUNY) in New York City, and MS in Technology Management from Columbia University in New York City. He has over twenty years of experience in information technology, information security, project management and technology governance. Prior to joining Jensen, Rama worked with Columbia Investment Management Company, Columbia University, Citibank Retail Banking Group and Wealth Management Groups, Solomon Smith Barney, and AXA Financial, in a range of technology leadership, application development, project management, IT Security, and consultative roles. Outside of work, Rama likes to cook, run long distances, and spend time with his family.
Joined the firm in 2022. Ross serves as an investment analyst on the investment team. Prior to joining Jensen, Ross held client-facing roles in the industry. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Math. Ross is a CFA charterholder.


Joined Jensen Investment Management in 2008. Adam conducts fundamental and quantitative research for both the Jensen Quality Growth and Jensen Quality Value investment strategies. Adam previously held the position of Manager, Institutional Services at Jensen, where he assisted in relationship management with the company’s institutional clients. Adam began his career at Broadmark Asset Management, LLC, a hedge fund management company specializing in low-volatility equity strategies. He earned his BS and MBA degrees from Oregon State University, and has a broad background in finance, small business, and the sciences. Adam is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Portland, as well as the Portland Alternative Investment Association.


Joined the firm in 2022. Phil is responsible for Jensen’s institutional relationships. Phil joined Jensen from Thornburg Investment Management where he spent four years as a regional director in the firm’s institutional group. Prior to that, he spent four years at Mellon Capital Management where he was head of global consultant relations. He has also worked for Grantham Mayo Van Otterloo, Causeway Capital Management, and EnnisKnupp and Associates, which is now part of Aon. Phil holds a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from DePaul University.


Joined the firm in 2019 as a member of the back office operations team. Holly provides support for the firm's portfolio accounting duties as well as data management. Prior to joining Jensen, Holly spent 5 years at Oaktree Capital Management most recently as an Administrator for the Closed-End Fund Accounting department. In that role, she supported the department's Managing Director and was responsible for sending wires and client notices.


Joined the firm in 2001. Richard is responsible for sales and client service for advisor and intermediary channels. He began his career in the investment industry with Morgan Stanley and also worked with Merrill Lynch, spending three years as a financial advisor. Before entering the investment industry, Richard was a professional counselor. He was awarded the title of Youth Worker of the Year in the State of Texas for his work with at-risk teens. He earned a degree in Rehabilitation Studies with an emphasis in Psychology from The University of North Texas and an MHA from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.


Joined the firm in 2019. Dorothy is responsible for Jensen’s marketing efforts. Dorothy joined Jensen from Rocaton Investment Advisors where she served as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to Rocaton, Dorothy worked at AXA Investment Managers where she headed the Americas RFP team and at the Carlyle Group where she supported the sales and marketing efforts of their commodities platform, Vermillion Asset Management. Dorothy holds a B.A. from Union College.


Joined the firm in 2015. Keith oversees the private client team, and works closely with clients to develop financial plans rooted in Jensen’s quality investment discipline. He previously worked at Fisher Investments as an Investment Counselor within The Private Client Group. While at Fisher, Keith also worked within their Institutional Group, managing a team of associates with a focus on business development. Previously, Keith was a Senior Investment Analyst at RVK, an institutional investment consultant based in Portland, Oregon. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon.
Joined the firm in 2021. Robyn is responsible for supporting internal sales and client service for advisor and intermediary channels. Prior to entering the investment community, she had been working in real estate sales and marketing. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in Communication and Elementary Education.


MaryAnn joined the firm in 2018 and is a Manager with the Jensen Private Client team where she works on behalf of our clients to help them set and achieve their long-term financial goals. MaryAnn began her career working as an analyst at investment consulting firms that served high-net-worth families, foundations and endowments. While at Greycourt & Co., Inc., she contributed to the investment reporting, investment research and client service departments and ultimately managed their team of investment analysts. Prior to joining Jensen, she was responsible for the portfolio reporting and investment research functions for Deschutes Investment Consulting. MaryAnn earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with Minors in Spanish and International Business from the University of Wyoming.


Joined the firm in 2006. Prior to joining the Compliance team, Sarah held positions in Jensen’s Sales and Marketing and Operations Departments. During her tenure at Jensen she has helped manage Jensen’s operational, marketing operations, and reporting programs, and has chaired Jensen’s GIPS Committee. She earned a BA from Lewis & Clark College, and serves on the Family Advisory Council at Randall Children’s Hospital.


Joined the firm in 2015. Adam is responsible for the firm’s trading activity and also participates as an account executive, where he supports our separate account clients. He graduated from U.C. Santa Cruz with a BA in Economics and then began his career at Montgomery Securities. With over 20 years of industry experience, he has worked both as an institutional equities trader and supported individual clients.


Joined the firm in 2019 to support the firm's multichannel marketing initiatives. Prior to joining the investment industry, Cole worked for a creative agency and as a Project Coordinator for Intel. Cole earned his BS in Marketing from Oregon State University.


Joined the firm in 2017. Philomena works on behalf of the firm’s private clients. Previously, Philomena spent nearly five years with Fisher Investments. While there, she was an Investment Counselor within The Private Client Group as well as a Correspondence Analyst alongside a team of colleagues with a focus on compliance and problem resolution. Philomena also worked as a manager for US Bank and she earned her B.A. degree in English with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Oregon.
Joined the firm in 2022. Jannis conducts fundamental investment research. Jannis joined Jensen from Champlain Investment Partners LLC in Irvine, California, where he provided equity research as a technology analyst focused on emerging and international markets. Before Champlain, Jannis worked as an equity analyst for Orbis Investment Management Ltd. in Hong Kong, Bermuda, and London. Jannis received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from the University of Oxford. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.


Joined the firm in 2005. Kurt conducts fundamental research on potential companies as well as monitors portfolio companies. Kurt spent nine years with Columbia Management Group, Inc. as a high yield analyst and co-portfolio manager of the Columbia High Yield Fund. Prior to joining Columbia, he held positions as Portfolio Manager, Analyst and Trader at SAFECO Asset Management in Seattle. Kurt’s career began as a Staff Accountant and Auditor at Price Waterhouse. He earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He earned his MBA from Seattle University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Joined the firm in 2022. Jared is responsible for supporting information systems and implementing security initiatives. Prior to joining Jensen, Jared worked for a multinational engineering firm and as a Lead Technology Specialist for a local government.


Joined the firm in 2020 as a member of the back office operations team. Alisa supports the firm’s portfolio accounting and client service functions. Before joining Jensen, Alisa worked at Maritime Capital for 7 years, where she started as an intern, and moved on to be a Fixed Income Trader, focusing on municipal bonds. The majority of her experience, however, is as Maritime’s Fund Operations and Trading functions, responsible for compliance, risk and investment reporting, trade settlements, cash management, and trading support. Alisa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from CUNY Baruch College in New York.


Joined Jensen Investment Management in 2017. Tyra conducts fundamental research for the Jensen Quality Value Strategy. Tyra joined Jensen from CTC | myCFO where she held the position of Hedge Fund Research Analyst. In that role, she was involved in the sourcing, due diligence and monitoring of hedge funds. Prior to CTC, Tyra worked as a Financial Analyst on the Consulting Services Team at M Benefit Solutions. Tyra earned her BA in Finance from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island and is a CFA charterholder.


Joined Jensen Investment Management in 2017 as a member of the client service group, focused on data and client reporting. She passed level one of the CFA program in 2019 and began working with the Investment Team as an analyst in 2020. Prior to entering the investment community, Megan spent three years with Shriners Hospitals for Children, conducting research and data analysis on the development of new therapeutic strategies for treating developmental disorders. Megan earned her BS at the University of Minnesota, studying Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development.


Joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining Jensen Investment Management, Todd served as a compliance officer for Russell Investments. Todd has also worked as a securities compliance examiner for the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions and the Texas State Securities Board examining broker dealers and investment advisors. He received a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.


Joined the firm in 2006. She earned a BS in Economics – System Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Teresa has over twenty years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, serving as Portfolio Accountant at Thomas Weisel Partners LLC. In that role, Teresa managed the portfolio reporting system for the private client division. Prior to Weisel, she was an Assistant Trader at Bank of America and an Accountant at Banc of America Securities LLC. Teresa began her career as a Staff Accountant at Oracle Corporation.
Joined the firm in 2022. Rachael supports Jensen's Client Group by maintaining consultant databases, responding to questionnaires, and handling ad hoc requests from institutional clients and prospects. Prior to Jensen, she held administrative and project management positions in the construction business. Rachael enjoys musical theatre, cooking, and painting in her free time.


Joined the firm in 2018. Alexandria is responsible for sales and client service for advisor and intermediary channels for the Western United States. Prior to Jensen, she was in Internal Sales and National Accounts in the non-traded REIT industry. Alexandria earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University.


Joined the firm in 2015. Sarah has 20 years of experience in administrative support with law, engineering and financial firms. Outside of Jensen she enjoys volunteering with her family at The Union Gospel Mission, Meals on Wheels and Take Action Inc.
Joined the firm in 2023. Brice is responsible for maintaining Jensen’s CRM and marketing automation systems. Prior to joining Jensen, he served as a data analyst and Salesforce administrator in other finance and technology firms. Brice holds a BA from Rice University.


Joined the firm in 2021. Elisha is responsible for client service and reporting as well as data support for RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, and consultant databases. Elisha joined Jensen from Dimensional Fund Advisors where she was a Senior Writer and data analyst, writing market and fund commentary for Institutional and RIA clients and serving as her team’s data automation expert. Elisha earned a BA in French and Francophone Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and spends her free time caring for her Arabian horses and training dogs for mondioring.




Joined the firm in 2015. Valerie is a member of the back office operations team, handling many of the firm’s portfolio accounting duties while working with Jensen’s institutional clients on assignments that are operational in nature. She attended Brigham Young University and Portland Community College with an emphasis in Business Administration and Accounting. Valerie has over 20 years of industry experience, serving various functions as Fund Accountant, Data Management Associate, Fund Operations Associate, and in Trade Settlements at Columbia Management Group. She also served as a Fund Operations Administrator at another investment company where she processed customer investments as well as managed a statement reporting and investment system for high net worth clients, registered investment advisors and custodians.


Joined the firm in 2019. Jeff conducts fundamental research on potential companies as well as monitors portfolio companies. Jeff joined Jensen from Scharf Investments, LLC where he held the position of Senior Analyst. In that role, he provided equity research ideas and coverage as a generalist across both domestic and international markets in support of multiple global equity strategies. Before Scharf, Jeff was a Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Freestone Capital Management supporting All-Cap and Small Cap equity strategies. Jeff started his career as an equity analyst at ICM Asset Management. He earned a BA in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Gonzaga University. Jeff is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Portland.


Joined the firm in 2021 as a member of the finance team. Nicole provides support for the firm’s accounting duties and has extensive accounting and administrative experience spanning a variety of industries. Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Portland State University in June 2022.


Joined the firm in 2021, Gabrielle is part of the marketing team. Prior to joining Jensen, she served as the Marketing Communications Manager and Managing Editor at Western Energy Institute, where she ran marketing, branding and the organization’s magazine. She has over 10 years of experience in communications, marketing and graphic design. She holds a BA from Fordham University.
