Fund Privacy Policy
Jensen Investment Management, Inc. and The Jensen Funds, Inc. (collectively, "Jensen") have had a long-standing policy of maintaining strict confidentiality over customer information. Jensen's policy is as follows:
Confidentiality And Security
All information regarding customer identity, security holdings and financial status will be kept strictly confidential.
Jensen is now required to provide you the following two notices:
- Categories of information Jensen discloses
- Parties to whom Jensen discloses that information
Jensen does not disclose any non-public personal information about its current or former shareholders to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted or required by law. For example, Jensen is permitted by law to disclose all of the information it collects, as described below, to its transfer agent to process your transactions. Jensen is also permitted by law (and may be required by law) to disclose any non-public personal information it collects from you to law enforcement agencies, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other federal and state regulatory authorities.

Jensen collects non-public personal information about our customers from the following sources:
- Information Jensen receives from you on or in applications or other forms, correspondence, or conversations, including, but not limited to, your name, address, phone number, social security number, assets, income and date of birth; and
- Information about your transactions with Jensen, its affiliates, or others, including, but not limited to, your account number and balance, parties to transactions, cost basis information, and other financial information.
In the event that you hold shares of The Jensen Funds through a financial intermediary, including, but not limited to, a broker-dealer, bank, or trust company, the privacy policy of your financial intermediary would govern how your non-public personal information would be shared with nonaffiliated third parties.
