Distribution History
The Jensen Portfolio
As a result of The Jensen Portfolio’s long-term investment strategy, turnover in The Fund has been low and over the years capital gains distributions have been infrequent. The table below shows the Fund's total distributions over the last five years. In taxable accounts, low capital gains can potentially increase long-term results and allow investors to benefit from enhanced net returns and accelerated compounded growth.

An Ordinary Income Dividend Distribution was paid to shareholders on June 15, 2010. The record date, ex-dividend date, and payable/reinvestment date were as follows:
Record Date: June 14, 2010
Ex-dividend Date: June 15, 2010
Payable/Reinvestment Date: June 15, 2010
Ordinary Income Dividend Distributions by Share Class:
Class J - $0.067 per share
Class R - $0.056 per share
Class I - $0.088 per share
The closing net asset value (NAV) for each share class on June 15, 2010 was reduced by the amount of the distribution, plus or minus any market activity for the day. As always, please consult your tax advisor for information specific to your particular situation.
The Jensen Portfolio did not pay a Long-Term Capital Gains Distribution during its fiscal year ended May 31, 2010:
The Jensen Value Fund
