The Russell 3000 Value index measures the performance of those Russell 3000 Index companies with lower price-to-book ratios and lower forecasted growth values. This index is unmanaged, and you cannot invest directly in an index. Accounts in the Composite invest in mid and smaller capitalization companies, which involve additional risks such as limited liquidity and greater volatility. Performance for periods beyond 1 year represent average annual returns.
