The Jensen Portfolio
The Jensen Portfolio is an open-end equity mutual fund. Its principal investment objective is long-term capital appreciation. To achieve this objective the Fund strives to be fully invested primarily in common stocks of approximately 25 companies that satisfy the investment criteria described in the prospectus. The Fund makes its holdings available on a quarterly basis. We believe there is value in having better informed investors.
The Fund may be appropriate as the core holding of an investor's portfolio when long-term growth is the investment objective. Private investors, retirement plans, foundations and endowments are among the Fund's investors.
